McPhillips (Wellington) Limited is committed to providing its customers and stakeholders with the highest levels of service and quality while managing the impact of its operations and controlling risk.

The Company operates an ISO9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS) and Policy which forms a key component of the Integrated Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management System and provides control of all operations. This system is designed to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest levels of workmanship while managing risk to provide surety of outcomes. Implementation and development of the system is the responsibility of McPhillips’ Safety, Training and Quality Manager and is fully supported by the Board.
 
An appropriate management structure is in place to operate the QMS and ISO9001:2008 certified processes are used to ensure best practice in the following activities:

All projects operate under Site Specific Quality Management Plans which are the responsibility of McPhillips’ Contracts Managers and are operated by Site Agents. These bespoke plans are created during the contract pre-start process and are designed to address individual issues relevant to each project. They are then developed throughout the live stages of the particular project ensuring processes are in place to address any issues arising.
 
McPhillips operates a Purchasing Policy and management of the supply chain involves ISO9001:2008 certified processes of initial assessment followed by on-going monitoring and continuous improvement in order to maintain the quality of the partners the Company works with.
 
A detailed compliance process exists to ensure the QMS is operated to the ISO9001:2008 standard across the Company with audit schedules containing visits from an independent External Auditor and the Registration Body.
 
Corporate performance is monitored through use of key performance indicator (KPI) results focusing on core Company values of:
