Black County Living Museum


McPhillips has recently completed a new 155m2 building  within the Black Country Living Museum designed to provide the Museum with a reception area for visiting school parties. The single storey structure contains a lecture theatre for pre-visit briefings, storage and WC’s and the work has included: a reduce level dig; construction of traditional build brickwork and blockwork with a pitched roof; the installation of new electric and water services; the installation of Bio Disc system drainage; the provision of electrical and mechanical installations; decorating throughout; hard and soft landscape including tram crossing point, crossing barrier and handrail.
