2016 Apprentices

In September 2016 McPhillips recruited five new Apprentices to its hugely successful two year training programme.  These trainees will gain valuable experience working on McPhillips' sites whilst benefiting from a part-time course of study leading to a Construction Operative NVQ Level 2, NRSWA Operative, CSCS Card and First Aid qualifications.

Our Apprenticeship scheme was started in 1995 and over 20% of McPhillips' current in-house workforce have successfully completed the programme.

McPhillips is proud to provide its new Apprentices with a successful start to their construction careers and wishes them the very best of luck in their endeavours.
