McPhillips undertook this project to resurface 11 roads in and around the busy centre of Wellington, Telford which was procured and managed on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council by FCC Environment.  Traffic management was contractor designed and managed and involved introducing a one-way system to the Wellington Ring Road which necessitated substantial public liaison and pre-works notification to ensure its smooth operation.  613m of existing kerbs were renewed and 25,317mof existing 100mm surface and binder courses were planed out and replaced along with 101m2 of existing footway. 17 gulleys were renewed along with 127 chamber covers and frames.
