Please join us in congratulating McPhillips’ Luke Courtnell for a fantastic achievement in being named the 2024 Construction Apprentice of the Year at the inaugural Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Apprenticeship Awards (STWAA) and promptly following that by adding the Telford & Wrekin Apprentice of the Year trophy to his haul.
Many of Luke’s colleagues were on-hand to help celebrate his success including previous McPhillips apprentices and management trainees and it gave our Contracts Director Andrew Dunham great pleasure to present the Small Apprentice Employer of the Year Award to Telford based Connexis.
The newly created STWAA have been launched to celebrate the best and brightest young and mature learners and those organisations who are finding new ways to drive ambition and education through their apprenticeship programmes and we look forward to next year’s event.
