At McPhillips we are delighted to have been appointed as the principal contractor for the construction of a new Dogs Trust rehoming centre at Cardiff Bay.
This ambitious £13.5m scheme has been designed to redefine levels of animal welfare with the intention to create a secluded, tranquil, organic oasis for up to 210 dogs.
The new-build project will continue the successful relationship between Dogs Trust and McPhillips dating back to the redevelopment of Dogs Trust Shrewsbury in 2010 and which has since included new and existing rehoming centre developments at Loughborough, Denton, Evesham, Salisbury and the scheme currently on-site at Darlington.
