We’re delighted to announce that Cornovii Homes have appointed McPhillips to develop a 23-plot Ellesmere Wharf housing development at Ellesmere, Shropshire.
Recently approved, this development includes a range of detached and semi-detached 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes.
Our work on this scheme will include:
✅ Land remediation, foundations, roads and sewers.
✅ Construction of brick clad timber-frame houses (2, 3 & 4 bed).
✅ Final finishing works.
Work on this £3.7m project commenced on 20th September, and, in keeping with our commitments to our local community, a range of locally employed people and suppliers will be engaged throughout.
This development has a schedule of 14 months, and we’ll keep you updated with progress across the duration of the build.
