We’re making great progress with the new £7m Primepoint Phase 2 units totaling 93,000ft2 at London & Cambridge Properties Ltd’s Pensnett Trading Estate.
External concreting to service yards is taking place and we’re bringing mains services onto the site. Meanwhile internal office fit-out is underway in blocks E, G1, G2 and at the same time the main warehouse floor slab is being laid in block F
