This drone footage shows the progress made on McPhillips’ site at St Martin’s since we demolished the old Ifton Heath Primary School, cleared the site and started the construction of 35 new homes earlier this year.
The project for Cornovii Developments will consist of a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes including detached and semi-detached houses and bungalows which will be built to achieve 31% higher energy efficiency standards than average new build properties benefitting from solar panels and increased levels of insulation.
